In 1998, Carolyn and her son Randy co-founded Superior Fiber & Data Services, Inc utilizing her business experience with his technical experience. She handles all aspects of the business that concern finance or legal issues and keeps abreast of the day to day operations of the organization. Carolyn has used her knowledge and expertise to hire highly qualified, well trained, conscientious personnel who are knowledgeable in the structured cabling industry.

Consistently ranked in the top 15 list of largest Women Owned Businesses in North Texas, she has established a team with great management capabilities, filled with integrity and understands that our satisfied customers are one of our greatest assets.
