Warranty: A one (1) year warranty on materials and workmanship for all cable segments installed is provided by our firm. Additional warranties are offered on installations, ranging from 15 years to life, backed by the installed manufacturer’s certified installer program system performance warranties.
Returns: Materials supplied which have not be opened, installed and are still in the original packaging and in new condition may be returned with a re-stock fee of 35%. Any request for returns must be made within 10 business days of receipt of product(s) and all requests must be made in writing. No materials may be returned without a formal RA issued directly from Superior Fiber & Data Services, Inc.
